hi...my friends, my opinion,Why there are still tens of thousands of graduates who are not working in our country? Yes, many studies have been done to assess whether the major factor graduates still find appropriate work. Among the factors identified is the attitude of choosing an easy task, less skilled communication, not enough knowledge, international language problems, lack of experience, expectations are too high and that appearance is not convincing.
In this case, the attitude factor is found to be the main cause why many graduates are still not able to make appropriate work. Mitjana they still want to find a job easily, close to the house and enough to pay even in the very limited employment opportunities and are forced to compete with many people. so have other opinions? I agree with you FiNaZ, so graduates need to first find the experience too and do not choose work. m addition, graduates must increase the expertise available to easily get perkejaan. The fact, many graduate cannot converse well in english has contributed to redundancy of graduate who often finding themselves disillusioned after being rejected by employers.
SITI FATIMAH : For information for us, in the survey, good command of English became the second most important criteria, after critical thinking ability. Both of these two top attributes will make the employee an asset to the organization, and with the mastery of the two skills, they will go far in the career, and the marketability will multi-fold after few years of employment.
